IAJ 2026 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION SEMINAR
SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

The IAJ February Workers Compensation seminar will be available both in person and virtually via Zoom.  We are expecting approximately 75 in-person attendees and approximately 75 virtual attendees. We are pleased to offer sponsorship options to businesses and law firms seeking the additional exposure provided by a sponsorship.

IAJ THURSDAY NIGHT RECEPTION — $750
The Thursday Night Reception is the major social event of the conference. Reception sponsors will be invited to address the crowd during the reception. Reception sponsorship includes:

• Your company logo on conference marketing brochures and email communications (register early to get your logo on all marketing pieces)
• One company representative introduction during the reception
• Social media event marketing
• Electronic & physical signage during the seminar
• Verbal recognition throughout seminar
• Pre & post-event registration lists

SPEAKER INTRODUCTION SPONSORSHIP — $450
Introduce one speaker of your choice in person or virtually. IAJ will provide speaker introduction sponsors with a script and/or language for the introduction. Sponsors may do the introduction live or send a pre-recorded video introduction. Speaker introduction sponsor benefits include:

• Live or pre-recording introduction of one speaker of your choice (based on availability/date of registration)
• Company web link/attachment chat during introduction
• Listed as event sponsor the electronic seminar materials
• Verbal recognition throughout seminar
• Pre & post-event registration lists

Speaker introduction sponsorships are limited to six (6). Sponsors may register for multiple introductions based on availability. Speaker introduction sponsors will be required to attend a zoom/in-person rehearsal with IAJ staff prior to the conference. 

BREAK SPONSORSHIP — $350.00
Be the name everyone sees and thinks of when reaching for that mid-morning coffee or afternoon snack! Break sponsor benefits include:

• Company recognition as a break sponsor before each morning and afternoon break
• Listed as event sponsor in the virtual seminar materials
• Company logo on signage at the break stations
• Pre & post-event registration lists
• Recognition throughout seminar (opening/closing remarks)

E-MATERIALS & ON-SCREEN ADVERTISING SPACE — $250.00
Each seminar attendee will receive the seminar materials electronically.  Show your support of the association and the event with your quarter-page ad in the electronic seminar materials and on-screen during the welcome remarks each day.  

Sponsors may submit your 3.5" x 4.75" vertical full-color ad or logo.  

• Prime placement of your ad in the e-materials
• Your company logo in the welcome slides 
• Pre & post-event registration lists
• Recognition throughout seminar (opening/closing remarks)

IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR BOOTHS — $400.00
Meet face-to-face with the attendees to promote your company services and products.  Your exhibit fee includes:

• 6 ft. table
• Two chairs
• Electrical outlets  
• Listed as event exhibitor in the electronic seminar materials
• Verbal recognition throughout seminar
• Pre & post-event registration lists

IAJ Annual Sponsors: Your booth space is included in your annual sponsorship, please let IAJ know as soon as possible if you plan to attend in-person and want a booth.
