d.       Importance of psychological factors in an ABI case

e.       Relative cognitive change

f.        Neuroradiological findings

g.       Neuropsychological/neuropsychometric testing

  1. Be able to list at least 3 correlative factors as to determination of ABI
  2. Be able to list as least 3 benefits of neuropsychological evaluation in cases of ABI/suspected acquired/traumatic brain injury
  3. Be able to give a definition for malingering
  4. Describe the difference in liberalness of statutory definitions of traumatic brain injury
  5. Be able to give examples of at least 3 questions to ask brain injury experts in examination/cross-examination in cases of ABI
